Didn't see this till now, junnie, because you didn't respond to my msg.
You need a Perl eq of a Julian calendar or somesuch. That's what I meant by '30 days has Sept...' Can't believe there isn't a lib function but haven't seen one.
I just got done converting a dB for my daughter and am all perled out ;) (Turned out it was GIGO--she processed it via excel and truncated some data.)
