Good Day! Denise,

In my opinion I tend to agree with your comments in your last posting! Many of us on this thread have been following the NYRR Saga for well over a year now!

Now, understanding that potentially many things can still transpire, it's my bet that based on the record breaking volume days that NYRR has experienced this week, the new 52 week high share price this week, and it's ability to come back strongly after coming under some selling pressure this morning are in my opinion some very solid indicators that as a minimum the profile of the Rail Industry is at the top of mind of many investors, industry representatives, governement agencies, etc...

As far as the merger getting approved and any positive potential business spin-offs that would be directed towards NYRR? Well! I guess that is what this and next week is all about--at least for the NYRR Shareholders!

In my view if we thought this week was an exciting one for the Rail Industry and NYRR--then I can only speculate that next week will add even further to the excitement!

My guess is as good as anyone else's ( other then of course the decision makers)--but I am glad thatI have a share position in NYRR that reflects my confidence that NYRR will benefit in a positive way from the results of next weeks Rail Industry Developments!

Looking forward to the Excitement! And I'm also hoping it will be good news for NYRR and it's shareholders! JMO!

Best Regards,

Wayne J.
