Allen: You're correct, the small investor (me) has very little influence on the direction BAY will take. However, tens of thousands of small investors could exert some influence. And your point about the institutional boys taking advantage of this opportunity to ride the stock down and back up again is well taken. It certainly could happen like that. I chose not to ride through the potential down turn that may result from current events. However, I'm still bullish on BAY in the long-term, and will be looking for this small investors opportunity to buy back into BAY at a 20% discount. Regards, Jack
