wai, if you look at the news only thread you will find that Mory had made a comment that the level 3 contract may be lost because of a lower bid from fore. So, big deal. Maybe level 3 was more cost sensitive, and were not willing to pay for the latest technology from ascend. Regards, Immi.. The bid was lost soley on price.
