Do I have this correct?

On the 6/4 conference call, Arif said that FAMH is speaking with its SEC attorney next week regarding the outstanding share issue (among other reasons as well).

It is our hope that it will be strongly suggested to Arif to retire some of the shares that were issued to himself over the past four months to maintain majority ownership.

Since the shares were not used for the credit line then why were they issued? I think Arif has had his company for 20 years, and he doesn't want to lose ownership. I also think he has lost sight of what the difference is between controlling ownership and majority ownership. That's why he issued that many to himself.

In any case, I think, that if this ONE remaining issue is resolved, then FAMH will begin its climb upward once again.

I hope to hear more about it on the next conference call.

Does that seem to be the consensus here?
