Quilty,

I agree completely.
Any equity offering would have two significant POSITIVES.
1)any capital raised would be accretive to earnings.
2)A road show would enhance the visibility and ultimately reduce the volatility of the trading in the stock.
I have followed this business for several years. No chance these guys would consider an offering that wasn't in the $13-$15 price range.
And you can mark me to the market on that. Additional cash is like gasoline for these guys, the more cash the more growth. They have an excellent business plan and the ability to execute it. A huge market for which they have a very small share. I personally would like to see them grow the business through acquisition and new market opportunities and then see them sell it to a U-haul or a GE Capital.

I just read your bio, I note you have also found PDSF another gem..obviously you are sophisticated enough to understand my comment with respect to todays press release..
As a portfolio manager, isn't it fabulous to be able to find a company without technology risk that can grow as quickly if not more so, has zero Asia risk(and potentially some benefit, if Asia continues to export at an accelerated pace, they are going to need greater supplies of containers...), has a dominant position in the market it serves and has only penetrated a small portion of the market? Lastly, this ain't the kind of business where they halt trading and pre-announce horrendous earnings numbers. This was the first downtick we have had in the stock in many months. I see it as an opportunity.
