All-The ann taylor warrants only have 3,000 outstanding. So I can
eliminate that one. Mgamw-from what I have read-concerned me was
that the company sold to another company units to a company that is
controlled by the ceo. So this could be a problem in later quarters-
stuffing the channel sort of speak. Also has large legal problems-
