Larry: Thanks for the notes. It looks like we will have a lot of real "meat" to chew on here very soon. It is very encouraging to me to hear about significant cost reductions in Board compensation. My general impression is that Mr. Hilliou knows how to manage and has a plan for moving this company forward. Perhaps even more important, it looks like he is being allowed pursue his plan without a lot of wasted time. I am greatly looking forward to Hilliou's and Orton's information appearing. TKA
