Jim and all,
I decided to use a friend's computer and give a short overview of the meeting today before I go back home Sunday.
You are right, there was nothing announced that we are not all totally aware of from the recent telephone conferences and news releases, however, I came away with a very good feeling as to what lies in store in the immediate future. First, there is going to be a press conference on Tuesday the 9th at 2 PM held at the Government Tech Net trade show [ASCEA] in Washington. Laurie Rice asked that I not put the information on the web as they want to make a news release to coincide with the press conference. She OKed the general scope in that it will involve some name changes and some agreements with some BIG names that you all will be pleased with.
I mentioned to Bud the rumor of the suitor for Cycomm and if he could deny or confirm either and this is pretty close to his words.

'It is my job to enhance stockholder value and I can do it two ways...one, grow the company and turn a profit....two, sell the company when I feel the value to the stockholders is there.I am always pleased when someone would make an offer to buy.'

We can expect a continuous flow of new order announcements for PCMobile throughout the summer.
TEMPEST is on track to profitability in '98 and Mr. Gangemi said that as the government nears year end with their budget and spending allocations that the orders will definitely pick up.
I got the feeling that Matra WILL produce...when they do it will be a home run.

I do believe that for all intents, SLICE is dead.
I am going to post this on the Yahoo thread because there are a few over there who are definitely interested and asked me to.

Everyone tune in on Tuesday at 2. Check business wire.

Don
