I agree Ernest. Everything you said was true. However, have some patience (As if you haven't already). MRVC, according to Hampshire Securities, should be mid 30's within 6-12 months. I personally would be taking money out of big cap stocks and starting to put it into the small and mid caps. Microsoft is down 5 from 155 level 2 days ago. Remember, stocks move in cycles. Big boys, mid caps and small caps. I don't exactly know the routine, but I know that the downside on this , IMHO, is far less than Microsoft and Intel where the funds move the stock. Finally, brokers make money on commissions and basically only care about their commissions. Trust me on this. They might act nice, but most of them couldn't give a damn about the personal welfare of their customers unless they recommended the stock. ( I worked as an intern in 2 different locations for ML.) I don't think selling was good IMHO but I've been wrong before Good luck Dan Ross
