AFTER THE BELL...
I knew that heading would get your attention! I just got off the phone
with Dick White. It was a short conversation, but I have a little
information.
Jens, you asked about the agreements in Manitoba..
Yes they are done deals. Their wording of "has negotiated a deal" means
they have signed a contract, and plans, etc. will be drawn up for
construction.
Jens, you mentioned to me that you thought the float was 40-50 Mil
shares before the 10K, but not sure now with Delmar's situation. I will
have an answer on Monday for you on that one...let's just say the answer
I got was not right, so I called back to confirm, talked to Barry and he
didn't know (Dick had left for the day). He said to call Dick back on
Monday.
Now for the GOOD NEWS...Dick said the 1st Quarter financials are due out
in a couple of days! Look for them by Wednesday next week IMHO.
To follow up on Steve alias SSPARSONS phone call last week...
1. The 3 Fluor contracts are all still alive with hopefully news
out soon, as they are getting close to awarding the contracts
on two of them.
2. The $90-100 Mil Missouri project is still a possibility if the
Asian situation gets better. The financing is coming from
there, so there won't be anything to report on until that
situation improves over there.
Dick said that ARET will be sending out PR's as each of the projects
with signed contracts "break ground." I would expect that, but he
confirmed my thoughts.
Sorry Jens, I didn't ask Dick about whether AHI and ARET will be doing
business in the future...when I call back on Monday, I will ask that
question.
To recap, financials due out "in a couple of days" is the big news. I
will post on Monday following my second phone call to Dick White
concerning the float and AHI.
