Jupiter Communication's Online analyst reported tonight that the bulk of CSi's users, businesses and professionals, are intensely loyal. Hence CSi's decision to restore profitability by focusing on its business offerings and its lead in foreign markets, leaving the masses to others. I doubt AOL would be a primary beneficiary of subsequent defections and the market seems to concur. Regards
