I am strictly a bystander, but there's something I don't understand. You and others have a substantial long position in RMIL. There is a large naked short position out there. The only thing standing between you and a huge profit from a short squeeze is that the company is not trading because it doesn't have the money to complete audited financials. Why don't you and the other longs just lend the company the money? You'd stand to make many times the loan on the appreciation of the shares.
