If they buy at 11 I'm with you Victor 35.6 X 11 = 391 But they do not have to buy at 11. My memory of the last time is that they bought above market. The paid an average of $13.81 a share. It would be useful for you to go and research this that way I wouldn't have to call you on getting off on finding something I said that is wrong when you can't even get the number of outstanding shares straight.
