Donald; your figures are as appropriate as any at this point and a fair guestimation. You may want add a smidge for their interest in the power plant. If my memory serves FWY will share 30% of revenues. Also don't forget their is a 6 or 10 year corp tax holliday not quite sure but it will influence the net per share. I don't think you are being too aggresive in your figures if all goes well. Regards John
