CVIA is making noise about trying to go back before the judge and get a different or more lenient ruling, so the 19th may not be a hard proxy date now. I hope CVIA does appeal, when we have them in front of the Judge and in a court room we are going to present some more evidence. Cleve is supposed to get the corporate documents 10 am Monday... LET THEM APPEAL... Darn I have to edit this.... I cant give away our strategy LOL KAA
