The shareholder's meeting happened a few days ago. I thought about flying down, but didn't go. Apparently those that went came away happier than they felt going down. The private placement Laskey talked about in the last conference call appears to be reality. Raymond James is handling it. Called the company. Cynthia Sucher didn't know much about it. She said she didn't think the price on the units had been fixed yet and that RAJA is handling it.

Based on my experience, placements of this nature are priced at about 66% of the free trade price of the stock at the time of the offering. The issued shares will be restricted for a minimum of 12 months. The underlying warrants are usually fixed in price as well and have expirations from 6 months to as long as 5 or 10 years out. Sometimes they are staggered. The offering is only open to "accredited investors" which typically means you have an income of 200K annually or a net worth over a million dollars (though I believe these requirements vary from state to state).

Have to read the offering to find out the specific terms. It would be worth reading whether you intend to invest in the offering or not.
