If you have ever dealt with new software...
Companies put there products (cars, software, hardware, etc) out to the public an make their correction from there. If its software they do upgrades/patches. Auto companies have re-calls where they have to make correction. With this being something totally new its going to have problems that need fixes. Its very difficult to anticapate/forsee problems that can take place with a project of this size. I know, first you plan, you design,plan build, you test, you redesign, you fix, and bring all systems on line to find that their are still problem that could not have been seen in advance. So, repairs and upgrades are made on the fly until you have a fully functioning product. Hey give them time. Do you think everything just works the first time. (The space shuttle, the car, the washing machine, the phone, the computer that you are now reading from, etc.....). |
