John,

If you're going to ask questions please ask the following:

Where did the stock come from? Cashco was a company owned by Elliott Pearson, either as a sole proprietor or through stock ownership. (I don't know if Cashco was a publicly owned company or not in 8/1997.) The stock either had to pre-exist Rhonda's presence with the company or they had an IPO after she appeared. So which is it, and where are the proceeds? I ask only because the first couple of contracts that appeared in press releases were either stock and/or debt deals, apparently no cash expended. If there was an IPO, who was the market maker?

What is the breakdown of ownership of the stock? How much is in Telanis hands, how much in 11thhour, Catalyst, Merced, AR Brooks, insider holdings, Internet FX, Elliott Pearson and so on? What is the amount of stock authorized and the amount issued? What is the float? I don't want to specifically know that Rhonda has 1 gazillion shares, but just a total number of shares for all insiders lumped into one number, and the large blocks of shares that went to the other companies. This isn't rocket science. It's so that we can see and monitor the float, and track the large holdings. And to calculate the market capitalization.

Thanks.

KJC
