James, the McClellan Summation Index started making a turn yesterday and today it indicates a bottom. This indicator never got this low in OCT, Nov & Dec. According to McClellan major bottoms are indicated when the Index falls below -1300 which it did on 5/28/98. The last time it went this low was in April 97. Would appreciate anyone who uses this giving me their take on it.

The McClellan Oscillator also says we are going higher as I believe someone mentioned in an earlier post this evening.
