Bill; This was a better re-bound than I thought , and it looked OK
on the internals. I don't feel as bearish as I did, but I don't
feel bullish yet either. Yet I think we may have broken what I had
pegged as a down trend. There are still a lot of negative factors
that have built up over the last month and a half that will make
it hard for her to break into new highs .
And we now have to keep interest rates down for this to go, we
still have more warnings to come too.
I'm just going to stay on anchor were I'm at for a few days.
