This is an excellent idea. Who will bring it to the U S Leadership?
It is too controversial unfortunately and no leader will risk his political career for it... will he? Any effort to help Russia will be perceived as an attempt to move toward One World Government... ultimately, this is a major threat to destabilization of world economy and just the thing we don't need.

Thanks for taking time to add your insights on the full picture. I do not have confidence in western leadership to take the time to really address real issues... usually politicians these days are only good at posturing and taking polls.
