The book value you stated has not reflected the incoming $25-$45 M write-off. For high-tech companies, book value is not very good indicator of the value. The IPs are more important. Take a look at MSFT's book value and think about its IPs will make the point more clear. One company, STMD had a book value of $8-$10 in 1996. But it just keeps losing money each Q. It's book value is much less than it was in 1996. The stock is even cheaper.
