According to Penny Stocks, the company has something like 500K cash, 300K debt. They owe 250K to Merced's creditors (the assumed promissory note) and have agreed to pay an additional 250K to Telanis. I assume they'll also have to pay for the kitty litter packaging, now in the process of manufacture. The kitty litter wood pellet suppliers must be paid, too. And then there's Pinnacle and Zitec, who no doubt aren't working free. And IntellAgent, I assume, will receive some consideration.

Where's the money gonna come from?
