RSI 13 Breakout No surprises here folks--a nice breakout of downtrend in the RSI 13 of the S&P. Dow at the breakout line. (Good job JBH, we did it, we turned the stock exchanges with our few little shares!) Doug, any further observations to share on this? Ocote
