Don,

The street didn't seem to agree with you and others on this thread that this is a blockbuster. We almost closed under 14 today.

By the way, I didn't say they were "an old, worn out, dying company" but they certainly are not a shinning star anymore and any advantage they used to have because they started this ip telephony market is long gone. With 3 quarters of no growth and agreements that have generated press releases but nothing to the bottom line, how can you have confidence in the management?

Don, I've always liked you. But you seem to have fallen in love with the stock and have stopped looking at the ticker. Please humor me. What tangible reason or evidence has kept you holding Vocaltec. This stock became a broken stock in December.

Most of these threads are simply places for cheerleading, but you have always been open to dscussion. Re-read my posts of late. Why do you think they are inaccurate. Do you really feel the optimism today about Vocaltec that we felt a year ago? Do you really think we are getting straight answers from management. If you had it to do all over, would you have sold your 40,000 shares at 33, paid your 39% in capital gains and invested the rest in something else?

Best regards

Bill
