FROM MACKER- TO ALL: AND I ASK THAT SOMEONE POST
THIS ON DGIV AND INFE AS WELL

the mm's are playing all three of our stocks, dgiv, infe, and icvi, they are
affectively trying to split up our assets so that we cannot make an assault
on one particular stock, check the mm lineup and see that several of the
same guys are on each stock, and that several mm's are representing the
more slimy mm's so as to make us think that they are not there, wrong!
they are there.

the plan that they have is to walk all three stocks down and get us to split
up our assets trying to support each one. you will see that several of the
scumbags are nervous about each other though, while they are making
nice in the pit they are behind each others back wathing like a hawk to
make sure that the other mm's dont make more than them.

one particular mm was overheard yesterday to say that he wished that
fiero would just leave because he is taking too much of the other mm
profits, thanks for coming fiasco boys but its time for you guys to go
now. herzog cant even fill share orders, hes borrowing from fiero, i
wonder if fiero likes that tickling feeling on his butt from herzogs lips,
watch out for the flies fellas, btw guys hello, since i know you are
reading these. you guys think you are screwing us, well watch your backs
because there is dissention in your own ranks(and rank is an appropriate
word here).

so folks, i have talked with several securities attorneys and the best thing
to do they say is to ask for your certs, i know several of you are going to
scream about this just like with dgiv, but i have been enlightened a little:

did you know that the average broker house makes 50% of its income
lending out your shares for shorting? even if it is illegal, they do it
anyway. ask for your certs, if your company refuses or gives you a hard
time about it like bear sterns probably will, you have a simple alternative,
transfer your shares out of their company to a company that will work
with you more honestly, they do not have a legal choice there, and the
transaction costs you nothing. many will say no way, but, this is the
advice i have been given.

the other obvious choice is to hope that with all the news coming out on
our 3 companies the stock will eventually rise, but the scumbags will
always be there, btw hello again guys.

they will walk icvi under a buck here real soon, infe under 4 and back
into the low to middle 3's if not less, and dgiv will stay where it is at until
all there news comes out too. when the stock goes down, you can ask
yourself if anything about the company has changed, if it hasnt
remember, losses or profits are only on paper.

another last interesting thing i was told: forget about the mm's having to
close their short position at the end of each month, they flip flop there
stock around to get around the issue, they flip with other mm's to avoid
the cover.

and one last thing, they will even put out a negative press campaign if
they need to, they have the power to put articles in barrons and the like,
so dont underestimate them, if you dont sell they dont make money on
the way down, they are in it to make money, sit tight and so will you.

macker

this will be my last post for a while other than pm's and e-mail, i am
being told that they are watching every move we make. while i might
make general posts, all other info will be passed off the thread.
