raefon,

Great pleasure for me to find someone with the same eye for these two dynamos in roughly similar businesses. MINI I think has an easier story to grasp. PDS Financial, the company I know in much greater detail, is about the cheapest stock I've ever seen, with an equally impressive business model; you'd think they were leasing machines to Jakarta at this valuation---or trying to their sell stock over there. Very glad you brought it up.

Incidentally, we concur exactly on MINI's offering. A good friend of mine who is closer to management tells me $14 is where Trachtenberg & Co. might get interested. And yes, immediately accretive. How unlike so many others! No ugly pre-announcements here.

I'll write a piece on PDSF over the weekend and start a new thread. To all on the MINI thread, my apologies for this interruption. With the caveat that I own a large position in PDSF, at a few dollars south of the present valuation, I hope everyone on this board will take a look at this very attractive company with a leasing story quite analogous to MINI's.

Enjoy your weekends, wherever you are.
