The main rumor I see is that the president supposedly leases the capital equipment to the co. I do not know if this is true. But even if true, I don't see why it should be judged a negative. The 10Q states that there were disputes over lease terms with a previous lessor, and that a new lessor assumed the lease in 1997. Thereafter, the lease terms were changed to reduce interest rates and to credit a deposit against the amount owed on the lease. This would imply that the new lessor helped out the co. through an intervention that ended a dispute with another party and established a lease on clear terms more favorable to the co. If the new lessor was indeed the president, that would only be to his credit. If I am wrong here, could someone please correct me.
