So you were a fisherman yourself, and went through one of those nightmares? Junger's book was scary enough for me.

I'm reading a fascinating book right now, it's a Civil War novel written from the perspective of an infantry private. The Black Flower, Howard Bahr. In a way the point of view is quite similar to The Perfect Storm. Individuals trying to cope with a maelstrom, only in this one it's raining canister shot and minnie balls.
