<<Who is the largest single shareholder behind Arif Adam? How many shares does he/she own? What leverage does this person have?
If you don't know the answers to these questions your statement, "Arif will not take shares off the table", is not worth the value of the salt in the shaker.
Do you know the answers to these questions? If you do, please share them with us. If not, I suggest your statement is pure conjecture and founded on sand.>>

1. Mr. Arif has owned the company for 21 years. What makes you think he would be willing to give up this ownership?

2. Instead of dreaming about a large float reduction or settling for a tiny one, we should be thinking of any alternatives.

3. What if 90% of insider shares were restricted for 10 years? Would this help? It would allow Mr. Adams to retain control of the company, but decrease the float by a huge amount.

Would this help? Would this allow the price of the stock appreciate with good news and financials?

What if, in addition, 80% of Mr. Adams shares were made Preferred stock? Would this allow him to retain a voting majority while giving others who paid for or earned the shares the rights to dividends?

Is this correct?
Would this be a good plan?
Why or why not?
What other good plans are there, if any?

(Sympathetic to Mr. Adams retaining control of the company in return for an increase in shareholder value.)
