Marengi interview shows nothing has been done yet about marketing

Marengi bragged about the support he is getting from large companies. But once again while this is where Novell went from its small company start, it indicates to me that he is full of himself. Big shot Marengi.

Its the small guy whether at the Department level or in a small company that Marengi should be concerned about. The guy that determines whether to go from 3.X to 4.X. The press determines mindshare, and the press in the PC magazines write for a mass audience not for CEOs! The big boys will kick Novell out the door the minute they don't need Novell.

I don't like MArengi's attitude. I think he is scared of doing anything about the marketing problems. That can only mean he doesn't have the confidence of the Board to make real changes at Novell, assuming he knows what they are.

David if you don't think NT competes with Novell you must be from planet X. Have you brought Marengi any Kryptonite? Please do so we can tell what his true colors are.

Q4 will show us how many Intranetware sales there have been.
