O.K.! I'm calm. It's just that at times the New Yorker in me forces me to yell. Do you have a copy of OE latest annual report? If so, check out pages 14 and 19. There are three names you need to know and they are: KC Schlunke, JW Beech, and KN Johnsen. Read their short resumes and notice that of all the directors they are the only ones to have stock options. All but one own shares in OE. But more important, notice the number of years the three Directors I've mentioned have been employed at OE. These guys have been with the program a long time and let's hope they don't leave the company. We should have no complaints about how long it's taking. If you want to know when you should sell your shares, just watch when these guys leave. I give these guys lots of credit for their perseverance, especially KC Schlunke. Note at what age he joined the Board of Directors. It appears that he could be named Mr. Orbital for his technical contributions. Also KN Johnsen who is responsible for the business development and joined the Board in 1986 at an age of 33 plus or minus. For Engineers being appointed to the Board of Directors is a big achievement especially at the young age of 33. At that age most engineers are just beginning to find their place in their profession. They have had to of made significant contributions to be nominated and elected to the Board of Directors. Remember, shareholders have been voting them into office. As I have been saying that quality management at OE exist and they appear to be on board, and the progress OE has made needs to be evaluated with what is normal for the industry OE is working in. Most of us may not appreciate what it takes to implement new technology in the automotive world. Especially when it impacts the most fundamental aspect of the automobile. It took the US auto industry ten years to fully implement the fuel injection system we know about today. But do you know that once a technology is accepted it does not get replaced very easily like in the high technology industry. I think that these guys know and are confident of(exemplified by their stay at Orbital) Orbital's technology and once accepted by their industry peers, through implementation of the technology, their achievements will be set in stone for years and known to all around the world.
