This is a cross post from Raging Bull... So now Jack has it in his mind that I am going to take over CVIA and is telling investors this? This is not only funny but pretty desperate on his part...
I have not revealed this to you or the public but if you guys would like, I will post the email that is making Jack say this nonsense to let all the world to read and decide...
Better yet I will post the deal I have ALREADY put together, (and it doesnt include CVIA in any way shape or form.) I have been quite about this because its just a side show and has nothing to do with CVIA.... I didnt want you guys to think I was trying to sell you stock in my company.
***NO ONE with the exception of Novice Bob and Jack who knows anything about this and it was never mentioned to you folks that post and lurk out of respect to you, and the issue at hand CVIA.
Dont make me embarriss you in public Jack, you know good and well I was trying to help you... by showing you some alternatives... but go ahead and tell them about the rail cars, the EFB and the freon company too. Jack I am a LEGITIMATE private corporation also, but I dont mind telling the world what I am doing...
So whats the deal with WOTD and their silence? $500 for a PR ask WOTD to "loan" you that money ROFLMAO
Also Jack if you really want I will scan and post the legal papers you received and publicly post them and Cleve may have called you from the court house, only after you ignored all this for a few days.

Hey Robin. Things are a little quite over here, everyone is posting on SI.
I talked to Jack today. His side of things was basically that a very few people who are posting on the internet are trying to wreck the merger. He mentioned KAA by name and said his plan was to take control of CVIA to do the deal with the oil tankers. His reaction to the lawsuit was that it was quote 'sleazy' and that he was going to fight it until he died.
Some other interesting info was that..
- The original $500,000 was loaned to WOTD.
- The 1 M was in escrow pending the completion of the merger.
- That CVIA was never a clean shell, when he took over there was $3,000 in the bank and $60,000 in debt. (this was news to me)
- He also mention something about a $42,000 judgement against them, but I didn't get any more details.
- In explaining the warrants issued to ease the impact of the 300 to 1 split, he gave the example of the stock going to $12 a share so you could make a $9.00 profit. (I didn't bother to take issue with the fact that we might be lucky to see $.12 in a year.)
- In response to why CVIA was not represented at the hearing the other day, he claims that they were notified at the last minute. His lawyer received a phone message that Mr. Powell was in his car out side the court and about to go in a see the judge.
- He also claimed the reason for lack of press releases was the $500 price tag.
