Ooo...didn't Bill Gates once say that 640k was more than
enough memory? *grin*

I guess my point is that for legacy systems, I believe you;
but if you're designing a business app using OOD, it seems
to me that you would want to find an implementation
method that most closely fits your object-model. This
may help to explain why object databases have become
more popular recently.

Besides, using pointer navigation to get to your
data can potentially be *much* faster than running
queries all of the time. :-)
