I do not know and have never claimed to know. How many shares does he/she own? I do not know. What leverage does this person have? NONE Dick, One of us has something to learn here, IMO if Arif owns 51% of the outstanding shares, it doesn't matter who the second largest holder is. Let's assume it is you and you are holding the other 49%. You vote against a reverse split and Arif votes for a reverse split. The reverse split will happen. Please let me know what part of this you don't understand or where you think my reasoning is wrong.
