Peacelover,

You asked, "I have a few k's in this stock and I will not part with it for quite a while. In fact I am in the process of getting my certs thru Schwab which is my brokerage co. Once I get my certs, do I hold them or send them to pkgp? Also, how come management of pkgp does not complain to nasd if there is so much naked short by mm's? This is absolutely illegal if the mm's are really doing this? Also, what will stop the mm's from doing the same thing to universal packaging after the name change"?

First of all it's not really all that important to take possession of
your certs at the present time. When PKGP changes its name and declares a dividend on June 30th, all certs will be called, this will create the short squeeze(if we have the short interest which has been speculated).

In fact it takes some brokerage houses three weeks or more to deliver
certs. Anybody requesting them now would be hard pressed to get them
before they are called because of the above mentioned events.

The way to keep this same thing from happening again is for all
shareholders of the new PKGP stock after the name change and dividend declaration to then take possession of their new certs. That way the brokerage houses can't lend out shares for shorting.

Best regards,

Mike
