Joe, I bought my first shares of WACC for two reasons. First, the StockWiz recommendation and Second, my respect for your judgement that you are also in WACC. New absolutely nothing about WACC and it was only a small investment to start, sort of-- to get my foot in the door and then start my research. Seems to me that the stock will only bounce now on confirmation that the deal in done and construction begins, so we wait for the news. Something must have influenced StockWiz to select this company. Someone at WACC must have given them some positive information. Perhaps, we will never know the whole story. I also thought that land was much closer to other high class action. Somewhat disappointed about the hype of the location. Best regards, Dave
