It was rediculous the way I put it, but thanks for the response.

My method was far more involved than the way you did it (you should see the worksheet) and takes in a many more factors, but if you take it down to simple numbers, I have more or less the same results as the ones you state. I come up with $31.00 as a far buy price at this time.
