So according to Hampshire securities, this one should be in the mid $30's by 6-12 months??? From the numbers though this would be a stretch...Reasons why.... the past Q (.12) plus .14 for the next...and then .15, .17, .19, .20 all sum up to .71 (the estimate that was posted)...That's about a 54% EPS growth rate predicted (~.46 for this year)...and from the sequential quarters annualized the average gorwth rate is 44%... SO in my mind the PE should be below the growth rate...some stocks of course do not follow this but most do... The PE at $35 using numbers thru 12/97 is 49...That's basically breaking even...Most stocks i follw have a PE about 1/2 it's growth rate...I truly hope this is different...they just need to get a kick in PR...Synergies should be exiting, and hopefully much more profitable than .71... I do have a concern regarding more dilution from the present 22.8 MM...the private placement had harly (if any) effect on last Q numbers...i'm expecting to see 24 MM for the current Q...
