Note that he says their business strategy is sound, but their financial health isn't mentioned at all.

Also, excuse me for not understanding this, but if your business strategy is to sell even more units at a loss, doesn't that mean greater losses?

These guys are setting themselves up for a major lawsuit and jail time when this thing goes bankrupt.
