There are three points I'd like to emphasize in this article:

1)PRLN tested the products of 5 company's, not just Nature's Way. Hopefully all 5 are now interested in enrolling in a BioFit certification program. I have no knowledge of any negotiations beyond the talks with Nature's Way, but it doesn't take too much of a stretch of the imagination to guess that PRLN is negotiating with some of the other 4 companies about enrolling in the BioFit program. It would be nice to have contracts signed with more than one company so that PRLN doesn't become overly reliant on one revenue stream.

2) If one company enrolls in the BioFit certification program then this will put pressure on all the other companies with herbal remedies to enroll. The BioFit certified company will have a competitive advantage. They can, in effect, say, "We're BioFit certified and you're not! Nyah Nyah Nyah Nyah Nyah Nyah!"

3)The more intense the the criticism of the herbal industry, the more important getting BioFit certified will be (assuming consumers accept the BioFit lable as an assurance of quality.) Therefore, we don't have to worry about attacks by articles such as the one found in Good Housekeeping. In fact, we should welcome them.
