I'm interested in the source of this rumor too -- of course we'd all like it to be true, but we've been wrong about plenty here so far. A quesiton for you, PF -- does the deal with SMSC necessarily mean that IBM orders will now go through them? It doesn't seem that way to me. IBM could still buy the stand-alone chip if they wanted to incorporate it that way. I'm not sure why they would do this, I'm just wondering if the SMSC deal in any way precludes this happening -- who knows what the relationship between IBM and SMSC is?
