I don't mind them doing this; I take advantage of it. Look at Ortel! What an opportunity. This is just getting scooched down to drop out ever last stop loss in the market and offer up the shares to the big boys. This is obvious has hell. The stock is almost totally traded by the big boys and they run it up and short it over and over. At least it has a small spread generally.
