Does American BioMed have cause to take action against Dr Summers for his desire to try this case on the internet. Only American BioMed's legal council could make that decision. I for one am ready to start discussing the future of the company again. Everything I know tells me we can expect further improvement in the fundamentals of our company. Sooner or later that will once again be reflected in a rising share price. Perhaps as soon as Monday. Regards, Jeff
