Robin, While your house sale analogy is a compelling one, that's not quite how things work up here in Northern California. If you've got a hot property (which it appears that CCSI does), the buyers line up three and four deep in the wings. The house sellers around here can set their price, set their terms, and if the buyer in the first position gives them too much grief, they feel free to invite others to the party. It's outrageous to see "panic" house-buying in real time. Don't know why CCSI's position in any deal wouldn't offer similar strength.
