Your points are well taken. Ron Abelmann did comment during the Analyst Conference Call that their success with Tornado makes recruitment much easier than it would be otherwise. As a result, he does not feel that hiring qualified people is limiting the growth of the company. At the same time, they have hired some smart people in Israel, and probably will attempt to fully utilize their skills. And don't forget that much of the development of Tornado occurred in the WIND's skunkworks in France.

By the way WIND has increased headcount to about 300, with about 37 people hired during the last quarter.
