Just like NN, SVGI doesn't get any respect. The Rodney Dangerfields of their sectors Silicon Valley Group Inc (SVGI), is in the process of expanding its capacity, with a view to selling its Photolithography step and scanners to more than its current 4 customers: IBM, INTC, TXN "and one other I always forget". ... but its initials are Motorola. :-). LOL! I deserve that. I knew the initials included SVG but was in a hurry. Later -- Pat
