I have never followed a relisting, have seen some delistings.

On the proxy and info I received it didnt say the exact ratio to which they wanted, but it said they wanted to authorize the 75 m outstanding.

I would think the objective ought to be to try and get relisted through the efforts of the firm, not to reverse. Seems like a weak way of getting back in the game if you ask me.

I think that reason is why most view reverses as negative.. and as do I.
