I WILL REPEAT JEFF, THE COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE THE 5MM EQUITY LINE YET. You say the terms are great, like what a fortune 500 company would receive. Are you kidding, that press release is so vague. We have no idea what the discount/conversion will be. James, My motive is only to tell the truth. I know more about ABMI than 90% of the people posting. I can prove that I have been buying and selling this stock for 3 years.(sold all my shares 2 weeks ago at 11/16. I have notes from conversations over the years with Rash.(Boy did he say some absurd things and also made PROMISES AND PREDICTIONS that never came true. I also know that Henken has a motive for keeping the stock price up.( he owns a lot of shares). I also know that Brenda got a lot of friends into this stock that are probably less happy every day. Every potential acquirer has looked at ABMI over the last 3 years and have passed. I hope I am wrong and the company is bought and everyone but me makes money, but I know that if I want to buy back my stock I will probably be able to do it back ine th .20's.
